Do any jurisdictions reduce the building permit fee for modular/manufactured units that have the "HUD stamp" where no rough-in or framing inspections would be needed?
We do not change the price of the permit at all for modulars or manufactured homes. A home is a home is a home is a home in Iowa Falls.
