Does anyone know what edition of the NEC first required GFCI's for kitchen sinks and bathrooms in residences?

1978 – Bathrooms, garages and outdoors
1987 – Add; One in the basement and within 6 feet of kitchen sink
1990 – Add; All crawl space and all unfinished basement areas
1993 – Add; Roofs and within 6 feet of wet bar sink
1996 – Add; All kitchen counter top receptacles
